Breakfast really amazed me. I saw everything from yummy eggs to delicious dessert! it wasn't the usual bland breakfast. i got a freshly made omelet and fresh coffee. It was so satisfying! the staff in the lobby were attentive and helpful and did everything i asked for . I even requested extra cleaning and special bed preferences!

the front desk staff, specifically matilda and martina, were helpful and cheerful. the hotel is close to some amazing restaurants. i found the breakfast to be good since everything was available, from eggs to dessert.
i sometimes heard loud noises from the water pipes.

the location was good , a 15-minute walk took me to the duomo. i could park my car safely on a nearby street. the staff was kind , i found them helpful.
the walls seemed thin , i could hear showers late at night. it was disturbing , i wish it had been quieter. the pillows felt hard and flat , i prefer something softer.
